  • no morning routine

I really don't have what I would call a morning routine  unless you consider taking the dog out first and then getting her breakfast and then my own while watching/listening to Good morning America before getting ready for work and then a quick walk with the dog and then its off to work.

I have to jump out of bed and turn all the lights on or I won't wake up.  Then it's let the dogs out, nuke a quick breakfast,  pour the coffee, shower, dress and out the door.

I always set the coffee up for the next day right before I go to work.  That way it gives me a few minutes to down the rest of my coffee and pet the dogs as well as prevents me from having to do it when I get home.

  • Good Morning every one

I get up early, hopefully, before 6:30. No later than 7am on regualr weekdays. I make the coffee and rush to my office at home to check email, sign in to Weight watchers, and review writing, and hoefully, do my own writing. Then I try to get out on my bike for at least twenty minutes, and maybe exercise at home. Used to swim but the pools too cold now. Then shower and off to my paying job as Sous Chef in a retirement community. On weekends it's all screwed up. I'm up at 4am because I have the breakfast lunch shift.

I have a big routine.  Up at 4:30 or 5 at the latest.  Turn on the news. Feed the cats, make my lunch while they're eating. then give my oldest cat his insulin shot, then give them both a few treats.  Coffee and bfast bar while watching WBZ4 news to get weather and commute. Hit the shower, hair, makeup, dress.  check on the cats that they're all set for the day. straighten up kitchen, living room. hit the alarm and then off to a 1 1/2 hour commute! (oh and I empty or fill the dishwasher if it needs it)

I general get up everymorning by 7:30am, and take my youngest dog for a 1/2 mile walk. Once its too cold to keep doing that I will be going to a local workout place. Then home for coffee & breakfest.

  • My Morning Routine

I always set my alarm for the same time so that I get used to it.  When I wake up I make the coffee and get dressed, or I'll go for a run before getting ready for work.  Exercising in the morning really gives me energy to start the day.  I'll try to eat a healthy breakfast like fruit or oatmeal, and get going.

  • Struggle is a mild word...

I often find it incredibly difficult to get out of bed.

  • my routine

I get up at the same time each day and take my dog out and then while drinking my tea my dog eats breakfast and after she is done I play fetch with her. After that I read my email while eating my breakfast. Then take the dog out again. Then I get dressed and off to get my work done.
