    Some little reminders I found online how to improve your digestion:

    1. Chew your food slowly and thoroughly

    2. Drink some water with your meals

    3. Increase your fibre intake - wholegrain, fruit and veg

    4. Try to find out if you're allergic to any foods such as dairy or wheat, and avoid them

    5. Have some probiotics

    Great suggestions Jaycee! Anyone have any to add to the list? I try to increase my fiber intake by eating a high fiber cereal 3 times per week.

    I also like my probiotics, Kefir in particular seems to work for me :-)
