  • I make very bad night time snacking choices.. I've resorted to brushing my teeth so I don't eat. And, drink a full glass of water if I feel the urge. Any other ideas?

  • Yep I agree. I work late at night also and my problem is I had dinner like 6 hours ago and I am hungry! Well the bad food choices usually win for me also. I find that I just have to avoid bringing these kinds of food home altogether. I am then forced to choose Healthy! It has been working out for me so far. I am starting to see results :)

  • hello everyone i am new to weight watchers. i am certanily a night owl because i get off of work late. i try not to eat before i go to sleep but the cravings are a problem. i try to work on it, but when u open the fridge for something healthy and u see the non healty foods non healthy foods win :(

  • I certainly am a night owl! I stay up late most every night. I try to snack healthy like microwave popcorn or baby carrots with dip. I so slip up sometimes with the occasional ice cream oops! :0
