  • I found WII fit really helps me. I do the running and strength exercises. I also like the balance games they help my balance which seems a bit off since I have gotten older :)

  • I've tried weight watchers before & lost weight, but like most women my age (43), I gained some back when I turned 40. Can anyone tell me how many points to eat if I now weigh 145 & want to lose 20+ pounds. Goal weight 120-123. I work out 30 min on my elliptical 5-6 days a week. THANKS!

  • Hi. I am new at all this. Six months ago I stopped smoking and i gained about 40 lbs. I need to loose about 60 lbs all together. I have never really been on a diet before so i dont have a clue what to do. I am hoping that this will be a good first step. Any tips will be appretiated.

  • Hi,

    I just joined but I eat very healthy already I just need to incorporate more exercise into daily activities. I just recenlty lost 11 pounds I have started bak to eating 7 small meals a day to boost my metabolism up. I like to encourage each of to stay focus on living a more healthier life.
