  • Hi everyone:Just joined tonight - looking for motivation.
The best day is to wake up around 5 - check the news while I am waiting for the sun to come up - then take a walk before getting ready for work. Unfortunately, we haven't had the weather yet...but it will happen soon. Rarely eat breakfast, and if I do it is not great. I live alone so I don't have a reason for routine. When I am regimented, my routine is natural - it includes being very healthy. Need to get going agian!!!

  • Hello everyone. I just joined and am (for the moment) very motivated and energized by the Group. I hope to continue this momentum though I know it will go up and down with each day. The way I see it, each day is an opportunity to succeed in my weight loss battle. Some battles I will win, some battles I will lose but as long as I keep my eye on the goal (life time and life style change), I can win the war. Wish me luck in this battle for I have a long road ahead but one that I am willing to stick to.

  • My internal clock seems to be set with the sun. If the sun is up, I am awake and if it is not, I am not. It doesn't take a lot of sun either - even the slightest bit of light through the blinds wakes me up. I get up at 5:30am however when I am working (I am a high school teacher who runs a before-school tutoring lab). Breakfast varies for me- I long to eat at home watching the morning news but can't make it happen. I try to pack something the night before but for back up leave a box of cereal, skim milk and juice at work. I love the new Smart ones breakfast sandwiches. They are delicious and satifying.

  • Good morning, I wake up between 3:00-3:30 every morning.( I technically do not have to be at work until 8:00 , but I am at my desk at 5:00) It does not matter if I am working or not, my internal clock just wakes me up. I should also say that I have horrible insomnia. I usually get anywhere between 4-5 hours of sleep per night, sometimes less. I never really eat breakfast, but now that I am joining WW, I am looking forward to all of the great changes that will be ahead of me. I am looking forward to getting to know you all & sharing back & forth! Have a great day! : D

  • Good morning I wake up between 4:00 and 4:15 every morning, no matter what time I fall asleep. I guess my internal clock is a bit off. I'm at work by 6:30-7:00 but my hours are 8-5. So my company gets at least 5 free hours from me every week. My breakfast has been non existant until I re joined WW. Now I have a bowl of cereal every morning, once I get to work and am so busy that I have no time to think about lunch but that now consists of a bowl of soup. I've put on 10 pounds since my Mother passed away in August and am so disappointed in myself so I'm back at WW and am dedicated to getting that 10 lbs off, plus more.
