Celebrating Four Years of Fitness!

Four years ago I found that Weight Watchers' "core foods" program, stressing eating whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, allowed me to control my weight for the first time in 50 years without the laborious counting of calories or sticking to a set number of "portions" on a food plan -- both of which left me hungry.  Tonight I weighed in at Weight Watchers and celebrated having had 4 years of monthly weigh-ins within 2 pounds of my goal weight.  I'm no longer pre-diabetic, and I no longer have clothes in my closet ranging from size 8 to size 20 to accommodate my fluctuating weight.  I love to dance, and now my partners can reach around me for that Argentine tango close embrace!  Keeping Fit on the Dance Floor
