  • yeah the smart ones are pretty good. I personally dont like the meat in the entrees that much, I am really picky, however the ones without the meat are great... espeically the lassagna!!! (sp)

  • I use the frozen Smart Ones meals on a daily basis adding a lot of other vegies during the day. I, too like the fact that the points are there and it takes a lot of work out of figuring it up. The news said this past week was saying that salt isn't a factor in high blood pressure, so I don't worry too much about it.

  • Frozen foods such as Weight Watchers or Smart Ones are fine to include in your diet, as long as you try to stay within nutrition guidelines for the day. The Daily Value (DV) for sodium, for example, is 2,400 milligrams. Just as you are watching calories and POINTS, you should start to compare the amount of sodium in packaged foods -- most fresh and plain frozen fruits and vegetables have very little sodium -- to the DV. Balance your food choices to stay below the daily 2,400 milligram mark.
