A Full Belly AND A Full Life

I lost 115 pounds!  Like most people, all I ever wanted was a full life.  I had great family and friends and self-esteem.  Even though my weight steadily increased into my early 20s, I never felt like I was missing out on anything because of my weight.  Suddenly, that changed.  I went to Vegas and was surrounded by beautiful show girls.  I found myself exhausted from all the walking around.  When I got home, I was greeted by my sister wanting help with soccer practice.  I was winded from only 5 minutes of play.  She was disappointed, and I was mad that I was in too poor shape to keep up.  My weight was officially a problem.  I knew I would just have to put in some hard work with good old-fashioned diet and exercise.  I slowly began increasing my physical activity.  I started just walking slowly at first and worked up to a full blown 6 day a week cardio and strength routine.  As far as diet goes, I love food.  I was concerned that dieting meant giving up one of life's great pleasures, eating.  Fortunately, great low-calorie options like those from Smart Ones kept me always full and never feeling deprived.  Now I'm 115 pounds lighter and able to do all the life things I want without getting tired.  I've dropped from 235 to 120 pounds and gone from a size 22 to a size 4.  I'm able to run around and keep up with the rest of my family and friends.  I have a fully belly AND a full life.

  • This is great that you lost that much weight, but exactly how did you do it, how long did it take and how much weight loss did you average each week???
